Imagine being in a foreign country full of lovely people who don’t understand a word you say but desperately want to please you so they keep trying all the wrong things to make you happy. Imagine trying really hard to tell them in any way possible what you are trying to say. Now imagine doing this all day every day for years. Are you feeling frustrated? I bet. That was life for my son before he went to Seven Bridges Therapy, since our first session with our five star SLP Mega, my son has continued to learn our language and we have learned an intermediate one to help us bridge the gaps along the way. Our son is happier everyday because he is continuing to make leaps and bounds of progress with his receptive language and when we had started to think it impossible, he has started making sounds and can finally say Mommy and Daddy.
