Yes! We take great pride in our CF program. You will be paired with an experienced, on-site supervisor who provides consistent feedback and support as you earn your CCCs.
We prioritize clinical quality over quantity. Our caseloads are strictly managed to ensure you have adequate time for prep, documentation, and — most importantly — yourself. We don’t start our CF’s with a “full” caseload but rather ease you in so you have time to get your footing. When you’re ready, after 1-3 months, we’ll ease you into a full caseload.
You're never left to fend for yourself. Beyond your formal mentor, you’ll have access to our team's collective expertise for case consultations and a shared library of evidence-based resources. We don’t micromanage anyone, but we’ll drop everything when you need us. You’ll meet with your CF Supervisor weekly and also have the clinicians at your site to lean on day in and day out along with our management staff!
